WinExt

If you are an unconditional of deskmod and you like personalizing your operating system and endowing it with new functions, you will love WinExt, an alternative to the Windows Start and taskbar.

  WinExt is a small application that provides a horizontal taskbar at the top of your desktop, that is different from the one that Windows integrates by default, because it adds many new options and a new completely different aesthetics.

  The main features of WinExt are:
- Support for special folders.
- Includes indicators that indicate the CPU use, RAM memory, hard drives or the battery (for laptops).
- Allows to change the color and transparency of the bar, among many other options.
- Allows the creation of notes.
- Shows the song that is playing if you use Winamp.

  This new bar can be used whenever you want or you can set it to be launched as StartUp.
